Our Airflow and Hydronic Testing, Adjusting & Balancing (T.A.B.) team is highly experienced in ensuring adequate airflow and water flow distribution in HVAC systems. We work with our clients to develop a plan of action to troubleshoot to eliminate major issues in airflow and water flow distribution.

We provide third-party Project Commissioning Services for upcoming, ongoing or closing projects as well as we work with Clients to offer:

1. Retro-commissioning - for Systems which have not been  previously Commissioned.
2. Re-Commissioning services - For Systems which have been previously commissioned but are in operation and need to be audited for performance or need to be adjusted to ensure operation as per original design intent.

We use high quality 3D cameras which are ideal for scanning spaces of any size to deliver high resolution images and highly accurate 3D data which can be used to generate floor plans DWGs and REVIT, BIM files and Virtual Walk-throughs.

Virtual Walk-throughs have become a great tool for not only Marketing Teams but has great potential to streamline Projects and Operations Teams and serve as the platform for any space's Digital Twin.
